Hello all!!! Today I am finally beginning my research on albinism. See, I learned a bit about it during Biology class and it really interested me. Now I am hooked on the topic and have decided to learn more about it. So now I am off to research more as I have said many times before. Toot - a - loo!

Hey! One more day until Thanksgiving break! So far, in my quest to create a lovely website, I have created a link to get to this blogger; however I do not have link to get from this blogger to my iSpace page.

Anyway, back to my computer project, I have so far written abou the Congressional Election and the Governor Election and who the candidates were. I also posted a picture of Eliot Spitzer, the winner of the Governor Election. I still have to post an audio, if I decided to, and revise the website a little. Then, FINALLY, I will be finished.

In class today, we talked about our iSpace and what we were going to write about. We are supposed to find out about the issues going on ni Darfur, our House of Representatives (who represents our district/zip code area), and much more.

I have also been thinking about my topic, but I am still undecided. The origin of chocolate sounds interesting, but I am going to continue researching about the topic before I finally decide.

I am thinking about creating an iSpace about the origin of chocolate. I have learned from a visit to the Xocoatl museum in Barcelona, Spain. Chocolate was originally found in Europe, used as a bitter herb from coco beans. The coco beans can be sweetened with a little bit of sugar. Coco, also known as cacao, is almost 4000 years old. It was not only first found in Europe but also in the Amazon and South America. Coco beans were not only used as a luxury drink, but also as money! One hundred beans could be enough to buy a slave and ten could buy a rabbit. I would continue to look for information about the origin of chocolate if I decided to look into this interest. I am also interested in the use of Spanglish or Bread Baking: Science and Culture. I look forward to pursuing these topics.
